At Mad4Street, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below:
Replacement and Return Requests
Mad4Street will review replacement or return requests for the following issues:
- Faulty Products: If you receive a product with a defect, such as a hole or a print error related to quality, please contact us for a review.
- Incorrect Image or Product: If you receive an incorrect product or image that differs from your order due to our error, we will address this issue.
Conditions for Returns and Replacements
- Review Process: All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product. For replacements and refunds, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images for review.
- Approval: Once the issue is verified, we will provide instructions on the return or replacement process. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or replacement, depending on the issue.
- Refund Timeline: If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase within 7-8 days. However, if you selected Cash on Delivery upon the original sale, the refund will be made via local bank transfer within 15 days of the date of return of the goods when a home collection has been requested.
Address Issues
- Incorrect Addresses: Mad4Street is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues not caused by Mad4Street, the buyer must cover the cost of reshipping the package.
Size Exchanges and General Returns
- Size Exchanges: Mad4Street does not cover the cost of size exchanges. If you need a different size, you must place a new order and cover the cost of the new item.
- General Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept general returns or exchanges that are not related to a defect or error on our part. All sales are final unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
