Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept major online payment methods including UPI/wallets, credit/debit cards, and Netbanking. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.
Q: Is it safe to pay on mad4street.com? A: Yes. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways and partner with trusted processors to protect your payment information.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently we ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: What are the shipping charges and delivery times? A: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typical delivery for standard shipping is 5–7 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Mad4Street offers free shipping for domestic orders when applicable — check banners or checkout for current offers.
Q: How does COD work? A: COD orders require confirmation. You’ll receive a call/WhatsApp/SMS/email within 24 hours to confirm your purchase. Please confirm within 3 days or the order may be automatically canceled.
Q: Will COD orders ever be canceled? A: We may cancel COD orders if the delivery address appears incomplete or unserviceable, or if confirmation isn’t received within the verification window.
Q: What can I return? A: We accept returns or replacements only for defective items, misprints, or incorrect products sent due to our error. General returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Q: How do I request a return or replacement? A: Submit your request within 10 days of receiving the product and include unboxing videos and photos showing the issue as well as original packaging images. Email contact@mad4street.com or use the contact form on the site.
Q: How long does a refund take? A: Approved refunds to the original payment method are typically processed within 7–8 days. COD refunds via local bank transfer may take up to 15 days after the goods are returned (per our policy).
Q: How do your unisex fits work? A: Many Mad4Street items use a unisex or oversized fit. We recommend checking each product’s size chart on the product page before purchase for best fit guidance.
Q: How should I care for my Mad4Street apparel? A: Follow the care label on each product. As a general rule: wash inside out with similar colors, cold/warm water, gentle cycle; avoid bleach and tumble-drying high heat for printed garments to preserve print quality.
Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Use the courier tracking link or contact us if you need help.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? A: Orders are processed quickly (1–3 business days). If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at contact@mad4street.com and we’ll do our best to assist. We cannot guarantee changes once shipping has started.
Q: How do I apply promo codes or discounts? A: Enter promo codes at checkout. Promotional terms and minimums may apply; only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
